Today Sound Devices announced firmware version 3.22 for their 8-Series Mixer/Recorders. This firmware update adds stability and bugfixes to your 8-series recorders. The new firmware is available immediately for Download.

Fixed:

Various improvements to External Timecode Continuous mode.

888 and Scorpio channels 12-16 are now properly sent to MixAssist.

Power switch will now allow power down without removing power sources in the unlikely event of the system going unresponsive during record.

Adjusting EQ from the Icon Platform M+ while viewing the graphical EQ screen no longer causes the system to go unresponsive.

Rare instances where all tracks playback on the mixer-recorder with noise no longer occurs.
